Fuel Production and Batch Data Generation:

• Fuel is produced at the facility, and data payload (such as gallons and LCA data) is generated for the specific batch of fuel.

Commitment and Verification:

• The producer commits volumes to the TERC program monthly through the Xpansiv registry.

• Volumes are evaluated and verified, and the resulting data is registered in Xpansiv once verified.

Issuance:

• After verification, the producer can issue the eligible gallons as TERCs on the Xpansiv Digital Fuels Registry for the batch of fuel and associated verified data​.

Transfer and Retirement:

• Producers may transfer or retire TERCs from their accounts once the certificates are issued​
